Who am I?
I’m Shane Christie, Transform360Coaching founder, an EMCC accredited Professional Coach Practitioner and a Senior Executive Leader with 18 years’ experience in complex, high‑performance environments.
I’ve spent my career at DAF Trucks, one of the world’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers, leading large operational functions and teams of up to 160 people. I progressed rapidly, becoming the youngest Executive Member in DAF UK, successfully delivering consecutive record years, trusted to deliver results, develop people, and lead through pressure.
I know leadership from the inside. Not in theory, but in reality.
